The practice of cleansing the body of dead cells

Dear friends, if you have never practiced removing dead cells from your body, the Higher Forces recommend giving it a try. This is because dead cells may not always be cleared efficiently from the body. If they accumulate, they can become toxic.

The cells in our body are constantly being renewed, though the rate of renewal varies with many factors, including physical stress, injury, hormones, nutrition, sleep, immune function, and age. Dozens of processes throughout the body can either accelerate or slow this renewal.

Under normal circumstances, dead cells do not simply accumulate. They are broken down and removed by specialized “clean-up” cells called phagocytes, or they leave the body naturally, as skin cells do.

Most cells die through a process called apoptosis, a natural form of programmed cell death in which a cell breaks itself down into tiny fragments. These fragments are then removed by phagocytes, immune cells that act as the body’s cleaners.

If a cell dies due to trauma, toxins, or a lack of oxygen, it may rupture instead. In that case, its contents spill into the surrounding tissue, triggering inflammation.

Some cells simply leave the body. Skin cells are continuously shed and become part of household dust, while intestinal cells are eliminated through the digestive tract.

A cell can recognize that something is wrong within itself, while neighbouring cells and the immune system also send signals confirming that it is time to remove that cell.

A cell is replaced when it becomes damaged, ages, malfunctions, or poses a risk to surrounding tissue. This decision is influenced by internal monitoring systems that involve DNA, mitochondria, cell-surface receptors, and signals from neighbouring cells. Once these mechanisms detect a problem, apoptosis, a carefully regulated form of programmed cell death, is initiated.

However, if these internal monitoring systems, including DNA, mitochondria, surface receptors, and signaling pathways between neighbouring cells, are damaged or weakened, a cell may no longer be able to accurately assess its condition. Fortunately, the body has several layers of quality control. If one mechanism fails, others often compensate.

But what happens when several control systems fail simultaneously? One possible outcome may be cancer.

I mention this because none of us can know with certainty whether our cellular monitoring systems are functioning perfectly or whether our bodies are continuously removing every dead cell on their own.

It is actually quite rare to find a person whose body consistently clears away all dead cells without assistance.

For this reason, the following spiritual exercise is suggested:

“Creator of All That Is, flow into me with Your Light and make me Your Light. Right now, Your Light gathers every dead cell and every fragment of dead cells within my body and removes them completely, sending them into the Earth, where they become beneficial nourishment.”

As you say these words, imagine a tap opening between your legs, allowing everything unnecessary to flow out of your body. Sit quietly for a few moments and let the process complete naturally. When you feel it is finished, mentally close the tap.

Thank the Creator for the help. Then breathe the Yin-Yang energy into yourself.

If you would like to gain a deeper understanding of your health and well-being, or if you are experiencing difficulties in your business or personal relationships, I offer individual energy-informational diagnosis. I will identify the underlying causes of your situation and provide personalized recommendations, including exercises from my book and practical guide, The Miracle of Divine Healing, to help you eliminate them.

If this applies to your situation, I will also explain why it is sometimes wiser not to interfere with the life lessons your loved ones are learning or to impose your help on them.

If you are still living by the laws of the old Matrix and have not yet transitioned to higher frequencies of consciousness, you may benefit from a full diagnosis session (see here). If you have already had a diagnosis session, a partial follow-up may be sufficient. During this session, I will address additional areas not covered in the information on the website.

Preventive energy diagnosis is just as important as regular dental checkups. However, when a person lacks vital energy, they may not even have the strength to make an appointment. Moreover, according to the law of energetic resonance, they may attract a professional with a similar vibrational level, in which case the quality of the help they receive may remain uncertain.

Remember: first, we identify and eliminate the causes, and only then do we address the consequences. Never the other way around.

May you enjoy good health.
